ANNUAL DUES

DUES PAYMENT

According to our Chapter by-laws, dues for the upcoming year are due on January 1. The Board of Directors has set annual dues at $30. You may choose from three payment options:

1. ONLINE:

Pay online by credit or debit card through the MOAA website.

2. BY MAIL:

Send a personal check made out to NYS CDC MOAA to our post office box at NYS CDC MOAA, PO Box 373, Waterford, NY 12188-0373, or mail it with you luncheon reservation added to the luncheon payment.

3. IN PERSON:

Pay by check or cash at the door when you attend our December meeting.

DELINQUENT DUES

Please Note: According to our by-laws, the Treasurer will notify any members of their delinquency who haven’t paid their dues by the

90th day after January 1st (i.e., March 31st).

Members who haven’t paid by then have

60 days to pay (May 30th).

If we haven't received dues by then, the Board of Directors may drop the member from the rolls at its discretion. It might sound a bit harsh, but those are the rules, even though we haven’t enforced them in a very long time.
